Only yesterday I found a great tutorial using charm squares at quiltstory - it involved inserting white strips into a solid charm - I loved it, please have a look for yourself!
Of course I'm a follower!
I love to make a pinwheel block with charm squares. Thank you for the generous giveaway!
Hmmm...my favorite block is the Pineapple Log Cabin, but the block would have to be really tiny to use charms. I guess you could make a Friendship Star block using the charms.
Hi Cathy~ I'm a happy follower. Thank you for such a fun giveaway! My favorite block to make with charm squares would be the twister quilts. Thanks for the chance!
Well, I've got to be honest and say I've never made anything from a charm square. I'm thinking half square triangles sewn together in a zigzag pattern would be a fun way to use one though. Thanks for hosting the giveaway!
I love 9patches. Thanks so much for the give away!
Great giveaway! I like disappearing 9-patches.
Thanks!
I would have to say "sq in a square is my fav. block. There are so many ways to use this block, and the middle is perfect for fussy cutting photos, motifs and anything else you want to frame.
Thanks for the neat giveaway!

There must be many blocks to use charm pack but I haven´t done any.

Until recently, I'd have said I like to use 5" charm squares to make big 9-patch blocks that I then cut again to make "Disappearing 9-patch blocks", but...lately, I've been using my Lil Twister tool and 5" charm squares to make some cute table runners....so that would have to be my answer to your question! I love the bearpaw pattern. Thanks for the chnace.
Disappearing 9-patch or 1/2 square triangles intermingled with Black Kona Cotton...it helps to make the quilts pop!
I spend a lot of time at doctor's offices waiting on 2 sets of parents. I love to hand piece so I carry a baggie with me everywhere. It's helped to start up some rather interesting conversations. Lately, I've been into sewing yo-yo's. We made a yo-yo chain for one of my guild members recouperating after extensive back surgery in a nursing home We hung the chain over her window and when she received cards, we pin them to the chain.
Merry Christmas!

I like a straight-forward, normal, everyday 9 patch. But I am thinking about mini-Chinese coins next..2.5 X 5? Might be a winner.
I have just started quilting, so I haven't attempted any fancy blocks yet. I've made two quilts with just the squares, but hope to learn more as I go.
Thanks for the great giveaway of goodies!
Have a wonderful day!
Personally, I'm a rail fence fan. Hope that's not too boring. Thanks for the chance to win, that little cutting mat is very cool!

I didn't do it with charm squares, but I love the Triple Irish Chain, and I did mine in 2" squares (so there's your charm square - 2.5" + 2.5" - perfect).
Thanks for the opportunity to win! :)

Love it. I would use the charm squares to make my economy squares that I have been working on little by little. Or my triangles for my 1000 pyramid quilt. But I think that may be near to completion. Either way I know it would be used well. Thanks for the opportunity.
