When you're having fun. And this quilt has been fun.
It's already the 30th of October and time to share the next block in our Dearest Boy Sew along.
This is block 3B. I'm really love this block. It was so much fun to make. In case you are wondering this is a ring of trees.
Be sure to stop by Karen's, Julie's and Carole's blogs to see their version.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great week.
Hugs, Cathy

I agree - time flies! This block is adorable. I can see an entire quilt made from this block. Love it!

ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful block. Glad you're having so much fun.
ReplyDeleteThat looks great. Where did October go?
ReplyDeleteGreat colors. Like fall
ReplyDeleteAs Kyle said, looks like Fall. At least I can find Fall color here, if not in the local trees. :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice job, Cathy.
I like your block using different colors for the trees. I debated on doing that but then decided I wanted all my trees green. Now I wish I had done different colors like fall.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to use various colors for your block--looks awesome! I agree, this month kind of went by in a flash.
ReplyDeleteI like your scrappy trees! The design can be deceiving without pondering and studying to see that they are trees! Hope all is well and that you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteTime does fly and I’m way behind on my blocks :( I absolutely love the colours you have used in your ring of trees - beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute block!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun block, Cathy. I am in awe of your precision in placing the pieces and then keeping them there while you stitch them down. This will be a fabulous quilt!
