It's that time again. Time to reveal the next block of the Dearest Boy sew along.
Here are blocks 2 C and D. I'm doing a simpler version of the blocks. I'm working on so many different projects. I just have time to keep it simple.
It has finally started to cool down. The forecast is temps in the 70's.
Be sure to check out Karen's, Julie's, Carole's and Doreen's blogs to see what they have been up to.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day.
Hugs, Cathy

I love sunflowers and the right and left orientation adds extra interest.
ReplyDeleteI agree simple is good and those flowers do look more like sunflowers without the center piecing. Just another design.
ReplyDeleteI just love your blocks...your flowers are perfection!!
ReplyDeleteHow darling - but gosh not simple, lol!!!
ReplyDeleteSimpler? I don't see anything simple about this one. Good job! I adore your fabric choices too!
ReplyDeleteI can totally understand skipping the square in a square centers--they are my nemesis! Looks great!
ReplyDeleteIm finding these blocks very challenging, I much prefer applique so I can totally understand skipping the centres - in fact why didnt I think of that?? :D
ReplyDeleteThat is a challenging block... it's so fun to see all the variations!
